Bookmark hosting provides a way for you to access your bookmarks/favorites from anywhere you have an internet connection. Your bookmarks are kept private by the use of a screen name and password. To use the service you must register. All that is required is your name and email address. Your initial password will be sent to your email address. You can change it to whatever you wish after you log on.
In version 1.0, the current one, you may name and upload up to 8 different bookmark files (such as "personal favorites" or "Office Bookmarks" or "Boating", whatever you wish). This is an experimental script, it will be changing soon.
To export favorites to a bookmark file, click on Import and Export in the File menu. The Import/Export Wizard will pop up. Click "next". Choose "Export Favorites" and click "next" again. Click "next" once more to export all your favorites, or select specific folders and then click "next". Select "Export to a File or Application" and click "Browse". In the Save dialog, choose a location (and name) for the exported bookmarks, and click "Save". Click "next" one last time. Click "Finish" to save the file.
Select "Manage Bookmarks..." from the Bookmarks menu. Select "Export..." from the File menu of the window that pops up. In the Save dialog, choose a location (and name) for the exported bookmarks, and click "Save".
Click "Bookmarks" on the Location Bar at the top of the browser. Select "Edit Bookmarks..." from the menu. On the browser window that pops up, select "Save as..." from the File menu. In the Save dialog, choose a location (and name) for the exported bookmarks, and click "Save".
